FROM THE BEGINNING TO THE FUTURE

Artemis Synergy GmbH is a recruitment agency founded in 2020. Our strength lies in understanding our clients, staying in close contact, and handling each recruitment project with dedication and industry expertise.

01 July 2020

Company Formation

After several years of freelance activity in recruitment, the company was officially founded in July 2020. With only courage and entrepreneurial spirit as our foundation, we began placing highly qualified specialists and executives in the construction and engineering sectors.

24 November 2020

Renamed to Artemis Synergy GmbH

From then on, the company officially operated under the name Artemis Synergy GmbH, focusing on the construction and engineering industries across the DACH region.

2021

In 2021, we expanded our team by two members

With the new additions, we were able to expand our internal capabilities and handle more client and project inquiries. Our team quickly became an integral part of the structured recruitment process.

2022

Rapid Development Continued

Our team continued to grow in 2022, enabling us to build a powerful talent pool and strengthen our internal processes. We sharpened our company vision and established our presence in the project and permanent placement markets.

2023

Another Year of Growth for Artemis

Our team expanded again: Athanassios Nikolaou, focusing on the construction sector, and Mario Geadas da Luz, focusing on consulting. Our team grew in both expertise and size, and we were able to open a new office.

2024

A Year of Change for Artemis

In 2024, Artemis entered a phase of transformation. We redefined our business areas and reorganized internally.

Our team remains strong and driven, supported by outstanding teamwork and mutual respect. Together, we are building the future of Artemis.
