Starting in October 2026, we are looking for an experienced construction manager (m/f/d) to manage infrastructure projects in the field of underground cables and underground construction for a large network operator.
Tasks:
Self-responsible management and control of construction projects in underground cable construction
Planning, coordination and supervision of all construction processes
Control of subcontractors and construction site teams
Responsibility for scheduling, cost, and quality control
Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
Central point of contact for customers, authorities and project participants
Preparation of reports, project documentation and status updates
Active risk management and solution-oriented control throughout the construction process
Profile:
At least 2 years of professional experience as a construction manager in underground construction, ideally in cable or conduit construction
Thorough knowledge of project management for construction projects
Experience in working with network operators is an advantage
Safe handling of MS Office (especially Excel)
Negotiable German language skills
Organizational strength, initiative and decision-making ability
German
