Together, we define which qualifications and experiences are absolutely necessary and which additional competencies would be advantageous. At the same time, we clarify the organizational and commercial framework conditions for a targeted search.
We first assign your needs to one of our two project worlds: Automation & Logistics or Construction & Engineering, and then assign them to the appropriate professional segment. Based on this, we specifically search for freelancers with relevant project, professional, and technological experience.
Before introducing a freelancer to you, we will match their experience, availability, and terms and conditions to your project needs. This way, you will receive only profiles that are suitable for your request in terms of expertise and organization.
