For our client we are looking for a freelance TGA engineer (m/f/d) with a strong affinity for technology and experience in technical building equipment.
You support the project team in the technical inventory, assessment, and documentation of existing buildings and facilities. In doing so, you work with digital planning solutions and ideally bring an interest in innovative technologies and the use of artificial intelligence in the planning environment.
Tasks:
Conducting technical inventory surveys of all relevant systems and components of cost groups KG 300 (structural design) and KG 400 (technical systems)
Digital capture and documentation of inventory data using a provided app solution
Assessment of the structural and technical condition of individual works using a predefined evaluation system on a scale of 1 to 5
Preparation of detailed cost estimates for necessary restoration measures
Transferring the results into a structured maintenance planning
Close coordination and collaboration with the project team as well as relevant internal and external project stakeholders
Profile:
Completed training or studies in the field of building technology, technical building equipment (TGA), facility management, architecture, civil engineering or a comparable field of study
At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in technical facility surveys, building surveys, or technical asset inventories
Good understanding of technical systems, building structures, as well as relevant standards and technical standards
Experience with BIM and digital planning and building models
Knowledge of the IFC4 standard is an advantage
Strong technology affinity and interest in the use of artificial intelligence in the technical environment
Readiness to use AI-powered tools to support daily work
