Starting in October 2025, we are looking for an experienced Project Manager (m/f/d) in the field of ELT for exciting projects in the public building sector.
Tasks:
Management and coordination of ELT projects (LPH 03–08)
Communication with customers and coordination of all project-relevant content
Preparation of explanatory reports (LPH 03) and performance lists
Planning and calculation of electrical systems (knowledge of lighting calculation is an advantage)
Control of the trades in cost groups 440 (electrical systems) and 450 (lighting)
Profile:
Completed studies in the field of electrical engineering or a comparable qualification
Years of experience as a project manager in the ELT field, particularly for cost groups 440 + 450
Proficient knowledge of the planning and calculation of electrical systems, ideally also in lighting calculations
Experience in creating explanatory reports and performance lists
Safe handling of Revit and Caneco
Very good German language skills in written and spoken form
Independent, structured work style as well as team and communication skills
Framework conditions:
Project start: 01.10.2025
Duration: 2–3 days per week
Duration: At least 6 months, with the option of renewal
Workplace: Remote possible; On-site appointments in the Greater Rhine/Westphalia region for project discussions and construction projects
