For our client, we are looking for an experienced HKLS (m/w/d) TGA planner with a focus on HKLS to support the performance phase 5 for the construction of a new fire station in the Eifel region. The design planning (LPH 3) has already been completed.
Tasks:
Preparation of the implementation plan (LPH 5) in the area of HKLS
Planning focus in the ventilation sector
Coordination with the project team and the customer
Participation in an initial on-site appointment
Subsequently, predominantly remote work
Profile:
At least 5 years of professional experience in TGA planning with a focus on HKLS
Experience in the planning of fire stations or similar special structures
Knowledge of the special ventilation requirements for fire stations
Safe handling of Plancal Nova including its own license
Framework conditions:
Project start: August
Project scope: approx. 120–150 hours
Location: Ideally, before the project starts, on site near Trier, then mostly remotely
