For our client, we are looking for freelance robot programmers and operators (m/f/d) in the field of robotics. Areas of application include automated production cells, handling and palletizing applications, and the integration of robot systems into existing production systems.
Tasks:
Creation and customization of robot programs for industrial applications
Design and optimization of motion sequences, tool data, and coordinate systems
Integration of grippers, peripheral devices, and application-specific sensors
Coordination of interfaces between robots, PLC and the overall system control
Performing functional tests and assisting with the commissioning of the systems
Analysis and correction of disruptions as well as optimization of cycle times and process stability
Documentation of the programs and support in the technical handover
Profile:
Technical training, technician qualification or studies in the field of mechatronics, electrical engineering or automation
Years of experience in programming and commissioning industrial robot systems
Very good knowledge of at least one manufacturer, such as KUKA, ABB, FANUC or Yaskawa
Experience with automated manufacturing or handling processes
Knowledge of communication between robot control and PLC
Experience with image processing or offline programming is an advantage
Good German language skills and willingness to work on project-related on-site assignments

Duration: 6 months with option to renew
Occupancy: Full-time
Location: Raum Nürnberg, nationwide deployments upon agreement
Remote part: approx. 30%, partially possible; commissioning of the system on site
